Environmental Excursions

Yanartaş (Chimera):

Yanartaş is a strange place in the Çıralı area where flames constantly spurt from between the rocks. It is recommended that you visit during the full moon phase, accompanied by wine and your loved ones. Hiking shoes and a flashlight are required. The slightly sloping hiking trail is approximately 1 km long. If there is a sufficient group, tours can be organized from Köyevi, and there are also daily evening tours from Olimpos to Yanartaş.

Phaselis:

Located 24 km from Olimpos Köyevi, Phaselis features an ancient city founded by the Rhodians. Used as a port by the Lycians, it is a place where history and nature intertwine amidst pine and cedar forests, boasting three stunning bays.

Ulupınar:

Located 12 km from Olimpos, this area is like an oasis in the summer heat, with cool spring waters gushing from every corner. If you visit one of the famous fish restaurants here, you’ll enjoy the pleasure of dining on cushioned benches built over the water, shaded by plane trees. It’s the perfect way to spend a hot midday…

Arykanda:

We can best describe this ancient city in the Finike area by the meaning of its own name: “the place beside the high cliff.” Here, you can explore the ancient ruins while enjoying the soothing mountain views.

Lymra:

The most distinctive feature of this ancient city near Arykanda is its rock-cut tombs.

Rhadiopolis:

Located on a mountain in a village within the borders of Kumluca, approximately 23 km from Köyevi, this ancient city—also dating back to the Rhodians—features a stunning mountain cemetery. We strongly recommend visiting this place, which is perfect for experiencing mystical moments.

Adrasan (Çavuşköy):

This is another beautiful cove near Olympos. Although its coastline closely resembles that of Olympos, it is generally quieter throughout the year. We recommend boat tours starting from here for those who love them.

Göynük Canyon:

This is another beautiful canyon located 45 km from Olympos. It is well-suited for canyoning and similar outdoor sports.

Kumluca and Kemer Markets:

These markets, held on Fridays in Kumluca and Mondays in Kemer, are famous for their fresh and organic fruits and vegetables. We go every week—you’re welcome to join us.
