aspects of our commitment to quality food is the origin of the ingredients we use. The olive oil we prefer in our kitchen consists of cold-pressed oils from the Bergama Zeytindağ region, with an acidity range of 0.250–0.750. The butter we use in our dishes is sourced from our own village, produced from buffalo and black cattle. Kitchen in Olympos, where we serve handmade and natural flavors, we prepare many of our products ourselves in our own kitchen. Among our most special products is our own sourdough bread, which we bake fresh for every meal. Our lemonade made solely from lemons, our homemade natural probiotic yogurt, our sauces, jams, hamburger buns, pickles, dumplings, noodles, and many other products we can’t list here are all entirely handmade. At KÖYEVİ, we bring together natural ingredients, freshness, quality food, and hard work to offer a true gastronomic experience in Olympos.
