Life in a Köyevi
I’d also like to share some information about the features we highlight at Köyevi:
We take great care to use only the highest-quality ingredients for our meals. (We source our meats, cheeses, and oils from regions where they’re of superior quality, even bringing them in from other cities.) We serve our own sourdough bread with every meal. We use only extra virgin olive oil and follow recipes we’ve perfected over 25 years of experience. When selecting our vegetables at the market, we prioritize quality over price. In other words, we use almost no pre-packaged products. Our lemonades are made from real lemons and oranges, our burgers feature handmade buns and special cuts of meat, and we make our own pickles. We do not use canned foods. We choose the highest-quality products for our beds and air conditioners. The entire design of the venue is our own, featuring cedar wood materials. Blending the architectural elements of ancient stone-arched structures with traditional Amasya houses, Köyevi has evolved over 25 years to become what it is today.
Our rooms feature Istikbal Millennium beds, and our air conditioners are Mitsubishi Electric units.
