Chemical Safety Information

At our facility, all processes are carefully managed to minimize the use of harmful chemicals and protect the health of both our guests and our employees. In this regard:

• We prioritize the use of certified eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products.
• Informative labels detailing the ingredients and safety information of the products used are displayed in guest rooms and common areas.
• Pool chemicals are used only in accordance with required standards and by trained staff. Pool water is regularly tested for pH, chlorine, and other parameters, and the results are recorded.
• Areas where pool chemicals are stored are equipped with safety instructions, warning signs, and barriers to prevent unauthorized access.
• Our employees receive regular training on chemical safety, MSDS forms, personal protective equipment, and proper application methods.
• Hazardous waste (batteries, oil, electronic waste, etc.) is collected in separate containers in accordance with the Zero Waste Regulation and delivered to licensed companies.
